Best Supp For Energy and Focus

Winter quarter is just around the corner and next week I have to place another order. I want to get something to help when I’m feeling the daily grind and overwhelmed from all of the work I’ll be doing.

There’s a few options I see in the store. Spike, Power Drive, and Rhodiola. Do you have any recomendations on which of the 3 to try first and possibly which one caters to my needs most? I really can’t afford to buy all 3 to find out for myself.

If you’ve tried them all, can you please rank them in order how effective they are?

Thank you in advance.

For energy, Spike Shooters, hands down. For a mix of focus and energy, Spike pills.

I never tried Power Drive for energy/focus, just preworkout. (For cns stimulation, not energy.)

If I were you I’d check out the brain function booster thread. Or the 2.0 version, I think, has a quick summary of the whole first thread.

I like anything with N-acetyl Tyrosine. Spike and five hour energy have this combined with caffeine and b vitamins. I have never taken it by itself though, but I would like to see what it is like.

I like the Spike Double Shot best(it seems they killed the small/reasonably priced package). It’s a good balance between energy and focus.

Rhodiola might make you a bit calmer, but doesn’t really have any noticeable mental effects.

Thanks, I have no expierence with the Spike energy drinks and it can get confusing comparing Spike shooters, doubleshot, and plain Spike.

I’m going to order a case but I’m not sure which one to go with. I know I’ll need it when my work starts to get thick.

The pills are more of a focus/‘tunnel vision’/single-minded concentration thing, the shooters are just crazy, panicky physical energy, and the double shots are the best of both worlds.

I can have a DS anytime, but I need to be in a special mood for a shooter. Also, the DS’s are small and uncarbonated, so easy to drink.

So there’s quite a diference between that tabs and the drinks? The tabs are a good price and I’ll probably try those first.

Adderall ;p

Sounds like a good idea.

I’m sure the difference is more or less subtle depending on the person, but I’ve noticed a rather significant difference.

The tabs have a much more mild stimulation effect.

Primatene for sure . . .
