Best Speadsheet or App to Track?

The point being made is that people will just Google the app and use it without having paid for the book, which is screwing Jim over.

If you personally actually paid for the book and then make your own spreadsheet or use an app then whatever. [/quote]

Exactly…also the book does not cost much and is a worth while read if you are actually interested in making some progress and understanding the basic fundamentals of the program.

To anyone who just wants to google the app and plug in the #'S its sound like you just want to take shortcuts and find the easy way, which is not what the program is about.

“I like the guys who need a bench to do their work and another for their phone to rest on”

Love this:)

The thing about free apps is that they usually have advertising so the Dev is making money even if he’s not charging. So take that for what you will…

That said I don’t know why Jim just doesn’t have someone make a Authorized app. I’m sure with everyone having an Android Phone or Iphone that they would love to have an app over a spreadsheet. Could even do a subscription model for new variations or challenges. I know I access all my training via my phone and have done so for years. Anyway Loved the books and always recommend it to others.

@moedaddy. yep the app makes money from ads i found that out and just used paper…Btw come on jim makes us an app and sell it for 3.99…love your work man…

Why not just make your own? It took me approximately 30 minutes to set it up.

I bought the book, then designed my own spreadsheet based on the principles laid out in the book. This prevents you from allowing someone else to profit off of Jim’s work, plus you can customize the spreadsheet for your own tastes sans all the ads, etc.
