Best plan for naturals 2 - mtor reps

Hello everyone,
I am currently following Best Workout Plan for Natural Lifters 2, using mtor reps, and I´m not fully understand, how to do a stretched position on lat pulldown, barbell curl and upright row, because I don´t feel any tension when I fully stretched the arms…
So what is wrong?
