Best of the best

I meant GVT.

I’m a Jackass Diesel says. I get flamed for trying to help him out. God for crying out loud! See this where you are going to fuck up why is GVT not a good strength program. And it was good for you. Can, figure out Steve reasoning no well its because its his own damn opinion.
GVT is mostly a hyportphy work-out program thats why it sucks as a strength building program the reps don’t go under 10, 5x5 or westside would be better strength programs! Now I am a Fucking JACKASS!!!

And and a jackass that can’t spell;)

Increasing chins from 4 to 10 sounds more like newbie gains than a real strength improvement to me.

Diesel, I understand what you’re trying to get. Quick question about your original post. Did you do one set of a muscle group super set with one saet of the antagonist muscle group followed by two minutes cardio and then repeat for the duration of the workout? Is the cardio low or high intensity. How much bodyfat did you lose and in what time frame?

Big Daddy Diesel,

I first off want to congratulate and commend you for stepping into the ranks as a personal trainer. I, too, am a trainer, and, although the profession and trainers on a whole get a deservedly bad wrap, I think that it is only helpful to guys like yourself willing to make a difference.

There are several things that must be remembered when working in a commercial gym setting with the general population. First off, most of them (trainers and trainees alike) don’t read T-Mag or have any formal education in the exercise sciences, so very few of them understand proper exercise or nutrition prescription.

Secondly, most of your clients are going to be new to the game, so to speak, if you’re working in a commercial setting. Since this is the case, most programs that you and the rest of us have become accustomed to using ourselves and on more advanced and serious trainees are completely out of the question. Having a 40 year-old man working out for the first time doing OVT would be a prescription for failure.

My advice, Diesel, is to enjoy the process. Teach and learn from your co-workers (about both the training and the business), and most importantly, teach your clients proper exercise and nutritional habits and how they relate to their physical fitness goals and long-term health and well-being.

10 chin ups, damn you are strong haha!
you dont need a flash program to get that, you just need to do chin ups.
shit i know dozens of 13 years old that can wipe their ass while doing 10 chin ups
I hope you meant weighted ones
