I’m wondering what people use as a multivitamin/multiminerals in the UK; i’m guessing not all pills are the same and wanted input from people as to what they use/ would recommend.

I’m not from the UK, but I wasn’t impressed with the vitamins you could find there.
Personally I’d order online, there’s a lot of raving about AST Pro 32x, which I’m ordering this week, but so far I’ve used NOW EcoGreen Multi, which I’ve been very pleased with, and might go back to.
I’m from Iceland, and the guy importing NOW in Iceland told me he was trying to set up a distribution network in the UK… so maybe you’ll see it in stores soon, over there? 
i used to get a cold every november, without fail. i started taking a multi from EXTEND-LIFE.COM and haven’t had a sniffle in 2 years.
myprotein.co.uk have the best range of multis in the UK IMO. They have their own branded one which seems excellent and they also do some others like the NOW Adam Multi and separate B vits.
Look into the Dorian Yates line… pro vital I believe.

I’m using reflex nexgen it works wonders i havn’t felt ill once since ive been on it and i;m around alot of sick people at the moment.
