I think they’re just playing “F*** with Whitey”. I get that a little bit from my fiancee’s filipino family.
Definitely.
It’s like when someone offers you a beer, they just say “Would you like a beer?” but if it’s some 180 proof alcohol they smile and say “Try this!”

I think what HaveIronWilLift is trying to say, is that fastfood is tasteless, for poor people and does not offer the best nutrion.
I dont eat McDonalalds, subway etc because I dont like the taste of it and enjoy real food.
You Americans have been brought up on that shit, and even my fellow T-Nationers lifters make excuses to eat that crap.
Take a look at the country that Im originally from: Croatia. The only country in the world where subway could not keep open for business due to the lack of customers and the only people that visit McDonalds there are tourists.
Lift heavy. Eat real food. Drink good coffee and beer.
Fuck the coorperates. tweet tweet
I can not be the only person annoyed at this dude’s “tweet tweet” at the end of his posts. It is just as, if not more, deserving of bashing as HaveIronWillLift’s posts.
TheBird kinda grows on you (the annoying factor disappears)
And the ‘self-righteous-nutrition-experts’ like HaveIron are always hilarious (condescension and sub-par physiques seem to be highly correlated)
And like others have said, In-n-out and Wendy’s are simply in a different category than McD’s and BK and Carl’s etc (if you’re in tune with your bowel movements anyway)
