So I just finished my first 2 week cycle of MAG-10, and all I have to say is “damm”! I began the cycle at a bodyweight of 170 lbs, after a few weeks of moderate dieting. A mere 2 weeks later, I’m now tipping the scales at 189 lbs! Although I did not take bodyfat measurements either pre or post cycle, I did gain a little fat but it definitely wasn’t enough to account for much of that 19 lbs. My 6-pack is still in tact, and the 32" jeans still fit fine. During the cycle I trained twice daily as per the Growth Surge Project stage II, and aimed for about 4900 kcal, although I’m fairly sure that I overshot that figure almost every day. If anyone’s interested in checking out my results, I posted before and after pics at Yahoo | Mail, Weather, Search, Politics, News, Finance, Sports & Videos Admittedly the lighting is better in the “after” shot, but it honestly wasn’t intentional (I forgot to turn of the TV in my room before taking the pic, and got lucky with the lighting). So to wrap this up, the last 2 weeks have been good to me, and I thought I’d like to tell the T-mag forum of my good fortune. Anyone else have some great results (MAG-10 or otherwise) that you’d like to share? Take care all.
I dont have my exact records up here at school, but I think I started a two week cycle at about 169 pounds. I weighed in at 193 the day after my cycle ended. Of course, 3 days and some water later, I was about 189, but I was still majorly impressed.
Both of you had really outstanding results. Obviously, you really had the handle on training and nutrition, and everything went extremely well. Besides this you also probably respond exceptionally well.

By the way, what dosing did you use? I’d tend to think 2 doses per day or at least 1.5, seeing that your LBM gains seem to have been well in excess of 15 pounds in 2 weeks. But I’d like to know. Thanks!

Bill, thanks for the kind words. As far as dosing, I used 1 capful twice per day, which I think is about 12ml total.
I decided to use 11 ml per day, broken up into two doses. The main reason that decided upon this dosage was for the mental benefit of taking over one dose, which may or may not have really helped. My pics are the very last two in the T-men folder, #'s 33 and 34 on the third page.

What’s the point of washing your sheets? They’re just gonna get dirty again… just kidding. In defense of my cleanliness: the sheets on my bed are the summer sheets (all my other sheets are flannel), and I assure you that they’re washed on a weekly basis.
How much do you think is water bloat though?
