1- Wich of the programs that you currently sells Works better for neuro type 1 ?
2- You said type 1 goes well on low carb diets, and thats my case. But I like to consume carbs in the second part of the day (zero carbs until 01 PM, a lot carbs in dinner). Do you see some drawbacks proceeding this way?
3- Can you give na example of the “more frequente refeeds” that you recomended in your arcticle.
