You’re not a man until you can get one those entire pizzas down along with at least a liter of rootbeer in one sitting.
Professor X has invited me into T-Cell Alpha I will gladly post pics there. I have not posted pics on any of these forums simply because of all the trolls and “hawt abz” people who have never done a real bulk and probably never weighed more than 150 lbs who give anybody who has some fat crap. So in short, I will break out my camera and post new pics and the old pics in the T-Cell and look forward to discussing any shortcomings with the rest of you guys who post there.
The mexican places where you can assemble your own burrito (chipotle, qdoba, baja fresh, rubio’s, whatever), often have some good options, you can get very modular with the meal and get very high or low carbs or protein or fat, depending on your goals.
Same is sorta true of sandwich places like Subway, too.
I eat two chick-fil-a chicken sandwiches at least 2-3x per week. Love them mofos
Just went to McDonald’s last night to get some of my usual Dollar Menu bulk foods and guess what?
The Dollar Menu has been reduced to fries, apple pie and cookies!
No more McDoubles! No more regular cheeseburgers! No hamburgers! No more McChickens!
What’s this world coming to!? haha(My guess is that some 10 year old kid was diagnosed as being obese and his mom sued McD’s because she claimed that McD’s uses the Dollar Menu to take advantage of little kids with no jobs by only charging them a dollar for their food.)
So I had to go to BK to get some doubles from their dollar menu.
I really can’t believe McDonalds. Everything was cool there last week.

Is there a reason why you can’t keep a bag of protein powder and a bottle of olive oil in your car? That is what I do. When I have to put in a lot of hours in the lab or library (grad school takes up a lot of my time) and don’t have any food on me I just mix thirty mL of olive oil and 2 scoops of protein powder and pound down 2 of these.
Stats? Pics?
While not aimed at you personally, exactly how much sense does it make to recommend someone else should eat like you to be really muscular if you have no indication listed or progress noted showing how it worked for you?
I’m glad someone else thinks like me, cuz when I read that I was thinking who the hell drinks some shit like that… Mcook, you have a stronger will then I if you drink olive oil and protein mix.
This is fucking funny. I am also in Telecom and I keep the following in my car at all times, multiple cans just in case: unsalted cashews, almonds and peanuts. I buy them separate instead of the mixed because I get sick of one, one day and try another. Walnuts and pecans are great, too, but I personally do not like them. Another thing I do is go to 7-11 or another quickie mart and buy like 4 string cheeses (make sure it’s real cheese and not the oily shit) and some yogurt or cottage cheese. The only problem with most of these suggestions is the high saturated fat and sodium. If you are just looking for calories, beer has 146 calories for every 12oz. and no fat!!! (kidding) Oh, and if you like them, I’ve kept cans of sardines on hand, 3oz has 177 calories, 21 grams of protein and only 1.3 grams of fat. Have fun PING’n shit. Later.

LOL
Did this guy ever post pictures in T-Cell? Direct me to them please. I want to see the benefits of choking down dry protein powder and olive oil over a simple hamburger…

I checked and he did not. He stopped posting right after he promised pictures, lol.
Kfc double down 2 peices of chicken breast, cheese, and bacon.

Have y’all seen this monster. If your concerned about the breading, they make a grilled version too. It packs 60 g PRO, 550 kcals, and is the meatiest sandwich you ever will see.
I personally go for burritos from Chipoltle or Qdoba or burgers from a CO chain called Good times. Either option gives about 1,000 cals, 50 g protein, and taste awesome.
Pizza’s good too.
On the topic of bodybuilding and fast food, Dave Palumbo tends to use a lot of fast food with his clients, even during contest prep. It’s interesting, too, to see how many pros use it in their diets.

Chipotle is amazing. I could eat that every day. I should make my own Chipotle counter in the kitchen.
