Inb4arramzy gets raped
I love how people are now powerlifting experts and say 300kg at 93kg jr by IPF rules (single ply poly, 2m knee wraps, 2hr weigh in) is not even the slightest bit impressive.
Anyways, I merely made those claims based off of his profile statistics (223lb, 14% bodyfat) though based on his photographs he seems much leaner than 14% to me. Very impressive physique. Anyways, not here to get raped (thanks for that det lol) or piss anyone off. Merely attempting to voice my opinion. Obviously the bodybuilding section has drasticallly different opinions from me so I will leave you be. No offense intended here or false claims (I am indeed 215lb and what I would guess in 11% or so) so my apologies for any offense I have given. I will leave it at that. Best of luck with all of your ‘trab building’ endeavours.

So now that you get called out for making stupid claims you try and get reasonable?
No one said that your squat wasn’t impressive, but to make a claim like you did with nothing to back it up is silly.

It’s the strangest thing.
You say you
love how people are now powerlifting experts
But yet, from the way you type it sure seems quite the opposite.
WHICH IS IT?!
Trap bar power shrug or over head pres shrug…power shrug FTW though IMO

… Dude don’t take this the wrong way or anything but, eh nevermind,
You’re just a tool
Don’t come here and say some claims, and when someone calls you out, and you begin backpedaling in order to not be made fun of
Anyway, continue defending yourself! I’m going to go back and enjoy eating the proverbial popcorn as this thread will surely go to shit.
Hilarity will continue to ensue.
Next derail portion of thread. Fuck single ply, If you are not going to be raw, go all the way and do multi.
Single ply is the equivalent to ordering a prostitute for a hand job versus coitus.

It’s like only putting just the tip in and calling it sex.

Is there really much need for “direct” trap work if one deadlifts and heavy overhead presses?

Yes.
And
Does the overhead press cause much trap growth?
Seriously doubt it.
