I can’t find the time or a good workout. Believe me I tried. I spent 2.5 hours per day on here for the last week trying to find the perfect workout but there is something wrong with every one of them for me. Beyond that, there just isn’t any time

haha oh shit i really do! sorry thats my excuse! im pretty fuckin depressed not being able to do deads and squats though. im seriously fiendin. im sure most of you feel the same way, but deads just make me feel so fuckin powerful.

How do you incorporate that into Max Effort work? I ussally put it under a RE day, sometimes I will just do it as a last “finisher” set, or if my forearms have been getting neglected I will make an “event” day out of it.
If I put it as my ME “movement” I find it to hard on my CNS and recovery, I have no strength to finish my assistance
work and just end up taking a nap.
I remember having said “I don’t want to get TOO big”…this happened before I stared working out,I didn’t know that it takes ages to put on an ounce of muscle…

I have heard that one as an excuse not to have a life!
I couldn’t work out yesterday because it was dumbbell day, and I just can’t do dumbbells without a spot.

I really like this one. Lifting is the best route to lose the fat, but nobody seems to like that solution.
