Best Diet for Lifters?

Hi. Iam after my first meet and on next meet, i want to compete in lower category.
Iam 95kg now, and it is 4 weeks before next meet. I was thinking about CKD. But I am totally lost, Ive never tried a diet.
Any suggestions?

4 weeks is not enough time. you can cut water weight, but unless your going for a state record or something, I dont see the need for now.

If you are not used to cutting weight, it might be a bad idea. You will likely lose some strength during the cut and feel sluggish in the gym.

But if you are going to do it anyways, I would cut out any kind of sugary drinks and foods from your diet and focus on eating more protein. Drink lots of water and maybe coffee if you like it. Hop on an ellipitcal machine a few times a week for 20-30 minutes at a moderate pace. Get within 1.5-2kg a week out then try to maintain it, then break a light sweat the day before and spit to lose the last amount of weight. Try to get at least a little food in you the morning of weigh-ins so you are not completely drained. Then once you weigh in start sipping pedialyte or gatorade and snacking on some light food. Then make sure you are constantly hydrating yourself all day and eating.

And like Brauny said, unless you have specific competitive goals dropping weight might be unnecessary.
