I have read the Article about the best damn workout plan for natural lifters. But i also read the article about neuro types. So im a mix about 2B and Type 3.
But then the Plan wont work for me because it is with high intensy and low volume? And i should only train 3 - 4 Days a week and not 6. Or did i understeand something wrong?

Edit: When i train for over 60 Min at Workout or when i train with high volume then i feel like sick (k.o) on the Days.
I can answer this: I am in a similar position to you.
I ran the BDWs for months on end; once I trained 16 days in a row. They were fine to recover from. Of course, you can auto-regulate and it you train every other day using the same rotation then it’s fine.
