Best Damn Program Modifications: 3 Exercises Per Bodypart

Hey coach!

I’ve done some slight modefications to the program, and was wondering if you think this will work:

So, three exercises per muscle group, two compounds and one isolation:
Exercise 1: Rest pause

Exercise 2: 8 reps to failiure, rest 20 sec, reps to failiure again, rest 20 sec, drop the weight 50% and reps to failiure again. (Saw you writeing this scheme somewhere) In replacement for myo reps.

Exercise 3: Doing 10 reps with 4 second eccentric, 20 partials with 2 sec pause at top and then 30 sec iso hold followed by a 30 sec stretch. In replacement for mtor sets.

Do you think this can work?
