Best Cycle for Going to Navy Seal Training

I have recently signed a seal challenge contract and I am leaving in about a year.
My name is Al 21 years old. I have been lifting for around 5 years. Right now I am in good shape just started to cut down a little 2 months ago.
Currently 6’1 190 around 13-15 percent bodyfat.

I have started to work with the navy seal coordinator in phoenix and the workout are like nothing I am used to.

This is what is expected of me:

  1. swim 500 yards in 12.5 minutes or less, followed by a 10-minute rest
  2. do 42 push-ups in under two minutes, followed by a two-minute rest
  3. do 50 sit-ups in under two minutes, followed by a two-minute rest
  4. do six pull-ups, followed by a 10-minute rest
  5. run 1.5 miles in boots and long pants in less than 11.5 minutes

Those are the minimum requirements and I want to do a lot better than that.

I have done 3 cycles before all of short ester steroids: first was prop, second was prop and winny, third was prop and low dose tren.

I was going to do a prop, tren, mast cycle but I realized that this is probably not best for my goals. My friend recommended equ and winny.

I’m torn on this, but have a few thoughts.

~You don’t want tren for your goal. Tren is awesome, don’t get me wrong, but really only something that is “needed” for a particular look, that being said; I run it in almost every cycle except my latest one. Tren will help with muscle gain and body composition, but will hinder performance. It’s a Physique AAS, not a Performance one.

~Equipoise is dumb in my opinion. If you were to run it then let’s say you ran 400-600mg… well 200-300mg of test will give you the same results: same gains, same increase in vascularity, same weightloss, but less blood pressure increase (which in my opinion is the ONLY reason why in a cycle ran long enough with EQ that one may notice an increase in vascularity)

~Winny is a hit and miss here, I’m not the biggest fan, but for short term like 3 weeks I have much love for it, but I don’t see how that would fit into your goal very well. Seems like you want an aid for increasing overall performance for the long haul and not just a peak period. I’d say Masteron, Primo or Anavar would be good for you.

Maybe something like this:
250-300mg/week Test
with
300mg/week Mast OR
350mg/week Anav OR
600mg/week Primo

I’d go with 300mg of Test E and Mast E myself (1/2cc of each twice a week), have an AI and/or SERM on-hand (you shouldn’t need it) and you’re good to go. Adjust the doses according to yourself, I often cruise on 300mg/test and 200mg/mast or even 200/100 - all offering seemingly better than average performance.
