The best kind for putting on mass is probably protein. (sorry) 
I agree with above. Creatine mono mixed with simple carbs consumed right after heavy lifting. As also mentioned, I take mine with Surge concoction immediately after lifting heavy things.

probably because it looks like cocaine.
Creatine is a commodity. Stick with mono (as opposed to CEE), and get something cheap but still produced in a GMP facility.

Yeah, don’t get Creatine Ethly Ester…
in my experience it caused alot of stomach problems with practically no noticeable benefits.
Create monohydrate is the way to go
