What is your secret weapon food for bulking up? I will tell you mine…Haagen-Dagz ice-cream. I eat at least a pint of it a day. I am up to 230 now (from 210) and climbing (I’ll cut in Spring). Vanilla HD doesn’t have a bunch of funky gums and other crap in it. The GOOD SATURATED FAT helps buffer the sugar. It works. Anyway, I’d be interested in hearing what foods other people bulk with.[/quote]
Vanilla chocolate chip is the way to go.
Before I found out I was allergic to nuts, honey-roasted cashews.
ice cream? you fuckin serious? coming from the guy that is afraid to eat tuna or peanut butter?
Ground beef in mass quantities.

Obviously 1000 calories is a 1000 calories, so I am sure this is good for bulking, but don’t all those raisins put you in fart overdrive?

Doesn’t eating all that ice cream, or any dairy at all make you fart? Duh.

Double cream!
Peanut butter and banana sandwiches with a large glass of milk before bed. Eat whatever you normally eat whenever you eat it and add this right before bed. A really stocky old man told me to do this when I first started lifting but I didn’t listen. I’ve just recently begun doing it and it’s working.
