My freind was working as a plne sign dude…yes the ads planes drag in the air back in the 80’s. Anyway there’s a cable you need to keep tight through the turns and Jay’s was not tight. After a tough kettlebell training session, I changed into my gi for a jiu jitsu class. Both were taught by Steve Maxwell. After some drilling, we started to spar and I was lagging a bit from fatigue.
Even though he was the one responsible for torturing me w/ kettlebell and bodyweight exercises, he asked, “Rob, you look like you have that Chinese disease! Draggin’ Ass!”
