In one of Berardi’s earlier articles he talks about what a hardgainer he was and how struggled to put on muscle and strength for years, even using HIT 'cause he thought his recovery ability was so shitty. It’s pretty safe to say he [like the majority of people] lies to make himself more marketable. It’s fucked up, but that’s business.
