This puts my total with gym lifts above 1500. That bench was hard though. I don’t think I was super fresh after missing the deadlift on Wednesday. Happy though.

Decreased the reps which really made me feel strong. Bumped weight quite a bit up, but this session was easier than last week. Figured I should start working towards heavy weight.

Really tempted to add some anadrol for the last two weeks. Make sure I get that 405, then it’s bikini prep for summer.
My buddy was complaining about feeling weak squatting after doing the stair master yesterday. Makes me think that was a factor in my missed deadlift last week.

As a life long adrenaline junkie I find it ultimately ironic that I ended up on a beta blocker.
I’ve actually skipped it a few times and revisited some memorable violent encounters while doing speed reps just to revisit the feeling.
But in general, given my typical high strung state, it is kinda nice, and very necessary.
TBH, I’m sick of bulking. I’m just not hungry come lunch time.
I’m not going to give up strength training. I like the heavy weight. But going to try to be leaner. If that costs a bit of strength in okay with that. I’d like to be really conditioned as well.
Anadrol would be maximum of 2 weeks.
I don’t really feel it the next day after taking it at night. Pretty low dose though. It is nice at night though. Maybe placebo, but I’ll take placebo, one of the best drugs imo lol.
With mine it’s not so much what I feel as what I don’t. It knocks my anxiety down from my previous state of like 7-10, with 10 being panic/fight mode to like a 4.
So it’s what isn’t happening or feeling. With me. Honestly, I was quite a mess like that though. If you werent/aren’t like that you might not notice a thing.

I get anxiety, especially sleep anxiety. What beta blocker are you on again? After getting the Nebivolol, I have read that Propranolol is better for anxiety and has a shorter half life (4.5 hrs compared 20 hrs). Might be pretty nice a couple hours before bed. I’ve read that lowering BP at night alone can have a good effect on heart health.
Do you think 2 weeks is enough time to notice some strength from Anadrol? I’ve tried single 50 mg doses as a preworkout, and I don’t think I noticed much at all for strength or really anything.
I split up some 50 mg tabs into 25 mg tabs. Took one this morning, I’ll take one in the evening too. I’ll do this until next Friday, so I guess it is only like 11 total days. I figure 50 mg should be the top end for me because I am also taking another oral Tbol at 40 mg a day. That one is more mild, and many take 100 Anadrol a day. Been taking TUDCA every day. I’ll continue with that after the orals for about a month.
Metoprolol. I do 12.5 mg. in the morning and same at night.

Anyways, yes i think orals become noticable at 3-4 days. At least for me.
I will try some expired var and stanazolol i have left, as a pre… will see - some people say that all these are good for pre, if you are into strenght stuff.

Update - 50mg stanazolol 2 hours pre gave me a good boost. 3 weeks ago i barelly did 5 reps, but now i also forgot the belt and i still did 6… Sure,.maybe i did get a bit stronger during 3 weeks but i also felt more stable even tho i was used to belt and i didnt have it for the heaviest training day…
Pump also seems much better - during lat pulldowns instead of struggling the weight i actually noticed how i FEEL the back muscles pulling.
Top set strenght was up. For rep stuff not that much but i believe anavar would be be

The bench was pretty ugly, but it went up. I’m counting it as a gym lift. No way passable in a meet, but that’s okay.
Stopping orals now. Anadrol gave me horrible heart burn even with Prilosec and tums. Glad to be done with that. Going to taper down the test this week, then I go in vacation the week after and I’m not bringing test with. After that it’s cruise for a good long time. Steroids just didn’t do what I thought they would. Maybe if I had a better response it would be worth it?
