Shoulders were needing some rest by the time I got to incline. Did some belt squat in between warm ups to give them more time. Happy with the workout. Would be crazy to get up to 200 for sets of 8.
I figured I would give an update on the blood pressure. I got my telmisartan and nebivilol from India. I am using 20 mg of the telmisartan and 2.5 mg of nebivilol (at night). These are half of the recommended starting dosages, and most people ramp up over time. It isn’t uncommon for people to use 80-120 mg of the former, and 10-20 mg of the latter.
Mid day I am sitting at like 125/80, and first thing in the morning it’s was 118/75 (this morning).
I am doing my cardio (at least a little), and hopefully can get it where I want without the drugs.
I will say that I like the nebivolol. It is calming (it is a beta blocker). If I train hard, I kinda get a runners high. I actually very much dislike runners high because it usually means I can’t sleep well at all. The nebivolol seems to take that effect away. It lowers adrenaline / norepinephrine response.

I think yesterday’s cardio impacted strength. Also 585 was too heavy for my last warm up. Still I couldn’t lock out a 5 lb pr after 4 months on test. Maybe I should just cruise after this. I don’t think I’d be far behind if all I had done is cruise. I got to a 350 bench and 550 deadlift before blasting. I think I would have improved some without blasting in that time. IDK just frustrated.
Thenother day when I did 105 flights in 20 minutes. It was tough but felt just like some good cardio.

No, but I was very dizzy. I popped a lot of vessels in my face to. I’m almost purple lol.
Buddy told me that ammonia helps prevent passing out. Didn’t believe him. He pulled it up in the mayo website. Learned something new. I know it can wake you up, didn’t know it could prevent passing out.
I popped an edible a while back but I can’t figure out what an upside down triangle is. Like do triangles have a normal orientation? Are the legs the base? Are you scalene with all different sides and shit?
ammonia caps bro. haven’t used them myself, but many powerlifters do. Most people recommend tossing the cap into a small bottle after you use it - then you get a little stash of caps and just sniff the bottle like a weirdo (lol).
I never wanted to get into using them because it feels like one of those things you never come back from once you start…
