my 5RM maxes at the begining of Madcow and what I am currently on:

Deadlift 365x5 → 405x3

Bench 225x5 —> 250x3

Press: 145x5 → 155x5

Curls: 110x5 → 120x5

Upon last weigh in, i am around 165 lbs

Deadlift: 205x5 255x5 305x5 355x5 405x3

Bench: 125x5 155x5 185x5 215x5 250x3

Curl: 100x5 120x3

Complex (2 rounds): 115 lbs 5 bent rows, 5 front squats, 5 presses, 5 back squats, 15 pushups, 8 kettlebell windmills 60 lbs.

(used chalk for hands…no belt…fck that)

Bench: 125x5 155x5 185x5 215x5 250x4
(Almost had the last rep, got it up w a little help from the spotter looks like i’ll be repeating this week for bench AHHH)

(Curls are tough. im doing curls because i just think itd be awesome to curl close to my bodyweight lol)

pullups (bw 45lbs) 8 reps dips (bw 45lbs 8 reps) kettlebell windmills 60 lbs

overhead press 100x5 120x5 140x5 160x5

woohoo almost to my b.w. in the press!!

did a 115 lb complex of SLD, front squats, press, back squats 2 rounds, 5 reps

edit forgot that I also did 2 sets of sidebends w 95 lb dumbells for 6 reps

deadlift 415x3 and bench 255x3 tm (i’m repeating this week for bench since i missed a rep on monday grrrr). im getting pumped already gnna nail that D:

Just benched in my basement…don’t have enough weight to dead lift so gonna go to another gym for that today.

255 didn’t feel terrible, think i might have been able to get another rep (maybe two if i broke a blood vessel in my forehead). I want to repeat this week of madcow tho, because I only got 4 reps of 250…grrrr…)

I have to say chalk is really helping. i notice a huge difference in grip when i use chalk its awesome. still not gonna give in and use a belt. until i deadlift 650 lbs :stuck_out_tongue:

Took a five day break, was feeling a little run down and just felt like alotta rest would be good. Yesterday’s workout:

After making it 9 weeks into the 12 week madcow intermediate cycle, i’m taking a break. I stalled on my deads and bench two weeks in a row. I’m going to do Wendler’s 5/3/1 for bodybuilders for a little hypertrophy, since I haven’t done anything above 5 reps in over a year haha.

I am planning on going back to madcow intermediate in september when I’m back in graduate school.

Wow man, someday you’ll get up to my skull crushers , i do 200x10. Dont try that yet b/c they dont call it skull crushers for not no reason hahahaha . Keep kicking it!!
