Does anybody knows if we can replace benefiber suggested in this Chris Shugart’s COOL TIPS by any other fiber supplement? Would it produce the same effect?
Because, I don’t really know if benefiber is available in Canada…

Try Fiber Psyll by MD Labs.
Benefiber is mostly guargum.
Find a product that has that and you should be fine.
