Generally if maxing you don’t warm up with high reps, you don’t want the lactic acid build up. If you max 140 you also don’t need the same king of warm up a guy who does 340 needs. In your case something like barx5, 80-ish x3, 110-ish x 1-2 ought to be plenty. You don’t wanna tire yourself out before an all out effort
Are the numbers you listed in pounds or kilos? If it’s pounds follow the advice already given. If it’s kilos, do something like:

50x5
70x3
100x1-2
120x1

+1 To saps’ and Adams’ advice. I use as little warmup as I can get away with for maxes.
