QFT. Drop the reps to 1-3/set at least once a week and work with max and near-max weights. When you have a 1RM at 300, poof, your 225x6 plateau will be gone.

bench more frequently but cut down the volume, and increase intensity. vary ur rep ranges,do partials, lockouts, and floor presses.

Focus on using your lats to drive off and pull the bar down with, reverse band presses are great for this!!
