Bench Press More with Less Muscle?

Some people are huge dicks and are just born stronger than average folk.

But if you train harder than him, you will pass him, guaranteed. None of this on and off business.

And there’s always the “take a 2 lb. cut of beef and think about how you’d look with that much more meat on your arms/chest/shoulders”.
A 10 lb increase in bodyweight can easily come with, say, a 75 lb increase in a lift.
Good comparison, the large packs of chicken you get at Costco are like 5lbs which doesn’t seem that much in bodyweight but that’s a large amount of meat.

(couldnt help myself)

‘Hey, there is a guy who’s stronger and bigger than me and has more fun in general. Still, I want to feel superior to him because I do everything right and he doesn’t. Please stroke my ego.’

Not to mention unless you’re ripped like Stu in competition mode I would venture to guess you’re not 10% bodyfat. Being skinny doesn’t equal low bodyfat it equals low weight. You sound malnourished if you’re 6’1" and only weigh 180 lbs.

Despite whether or not you are following your diet I would say its a shitty one that you need to rethink so you put more size.

The difference between benching 185 lbs and 300 lbs is a low. About 115 lbs per rep according to my math. If you’re doing 6 reps at 185 vs 6 reps at 300 than that’s a 690 lb difference in total volume. That will build a lot more muscle.
Malnourished at 180lbs, lol. Sometimes this sounds like an equivalent of one of those pro-anorexic forums.

Ohhhh man I’m so sad.

When I sit down my stomach isn’t perfectly flat and theres little tiny fat rolls on it…

I’M SO FUCKING FAAT!!!

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
