This is the forum specifically for competitive powerlifting, so you’re going to get very specific responses as if your goal is competitive powerlifting. It sounds like you’ll have better luck moving this to the “bigger, stronger, faster” forum.

For strength or for bigger numbers? Changing grip width or increasing your arch are ways to increase your numbers, not get you stronger.
Everything i do is narrow
And feels comfortable
Narrow bench grip
Narrow deadlift stance
Medium squat stance
And I can produce more force from it
If you know this to be true, why are you asking the question?
