Belly Fat

Stuward that is really good to know that, I guess I was always a bit reluctant when it came to the whole calorie counting thing but I guess it becomes a way of life afterwards.

Rsg: looks like the fish oil is going to be on the list for the order too, I just have to put some money on the credit card.

Looks like I’ve got a long road ahead of me.

You saying that i need 20 capsules of the fish oil I’m taking for it to work? Might be time to find another brand then…

May I suggest(I don’t want to look like a rep or a Biotest whore,lol):

http://www.T-Nation.com/readArticle.do?id=910074
Each 4-capsule serving of Biotest’s Flameout:

DHA: 2200 mg.
EPA: 880 mg.

That taken with say another 5g of “regular” fish oil will probably be a lot more beneficial than what you are currently taking.

Alternatively, you could get an oil such as Carlsons fish oil.

keep in mind flax oil and walnuts have Omega 3 as well. Fish oil is better but you can substitute.

Hey I just remembered, I’ve got a whole bag of organic flax seeds, the actual seed not the ground ones…

It’s best to grind them in a coffee grinder just prior to using them. Remember they can go rancid too. It’s actually the potential rancidity that caused food producers to remove Omega 3 from food. It’s a natural process but leads to reduced shelf life.

OK thanks for the tip:) How should I eat them then, as I only just bought them yesterday and swallowed it whole?

Grind them up and mix them into your protein shake.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge.

Thanks
