BJ did nothing to win that fight. Yes he controlled the centre of the octagon but only really ever countered Edgar’s punches. However, I agree that giving Edgar all 5 rounds was too much.

We watched two different fights it seemed. Penn looked either sick, injured, or mentally absent and was basically a stationary target for Edgar. I was hoping for a much more aggressive BJ(edit: lol) but instead got someone with just the minimum amount of energy to throw some counterpunches.
People are giving Edgar far too much credit for this win I think. He was quick and light on his feet, but I don’t see him faring as well against some of the higher class lightweights, “top-of-his-game BJ” included.
bj was off, edgar was definatley on. His head movement might have bored you guys but he hit and didnt get hit in return alot better than penn did.

he actually didn’t though, fight stats show otherwise.
BJ seemed off. Maybe he was with something on his head? he always had mental issues while fighting, just like Belfort.

This card was horrible…I thought BJ won the fight and I think Anderson disrespected the sport like none-other\
