Being Big & Fat vs Being Fit & Small (Relatively)

This thread is “LOL Awesome,” which is the kind of awesome that’s so awesome you just have to laugh. You look fucking great bro. 100000x better than before.

Most people just look way better when they’re lean. Some say you might look smaller in clothes blabla. But when you see all that definition and get pumped up. Probably nobody thinks that you’re weighing less than before…

Bodybuilding = sport of illusion sometimes

Had the same thing last cut. Started upping my kcal to lean bulk and kept losing bodyfat. While staying full.

Enjoy that period it should end sometime  Just keep upping your kcal slowly.

yeah man. for a former fat like me, its a dream come true.
i eat eat eat, go to bed, wake up lighter and harder :))

The most dramatic before-after photo i have ever made :))))

Difference is incredible.

Per usual, though, it’s hard to say whether the lesson to be drawn here is anti- or pro-“bulking.” Haven’t seen many “I lean bulked!” that provide such substantial progress…

lol, the dude had to cut 30lbs of fat. You think it’s necessary to put on as much fat as that to make progress?

EDIT: actually that’s an argument that could rage on for millenia. Let’s not clutter up an awesome thread

actually i never intentionally bulked, i was just lifting and eating like shit because i never had the discipline and determination to go on a strict diet until last june.
if you ask me if i would be able to build my mass with eating clean all the time or not, i cant say anything. but eating unlimited amount of calories while lifting heavy for years must have helped.

Dude, this thread is so full of people congratulating you, I can’t remember if I have or not.

Few questions for you, apologies if they’ve already been asked:

How tall are you?
What wold be the most important thing you attribute your success to?
