Weighted Hypers w/ 45 lb dumbell… 12,5

Comments: Felt good today all around, except for the weighted hypers, which hurt my right knee while doing them. I tried to adjust the positioning of the equipment but it still hurt, so i decided to bag it. Can’t wait to start breaking PR’s come April.
