Well you definitely look like dogshit, so why not train that way?

I say go for it and don’t let the haters steal your dreams.

Well thank you. I WAS training on a five day split that looked like this

Mon -Chest
Tues-Legs
Weds-Off/ Cardio
Thursay- Back
Friday- off
Saturday- Shoulders/Tris
Sunday- Biceps/Lagging Hamstrings

I was doing a log on this site but it got to be too much of a hassle, so I decided to just keep a notebook to show progressive strength. After a while though, I realized my program was no longer working, (hence the program change).I will be posting all of my future workouts in the DC thread on the Bodybuilding forum.

Diet
Carb Cycle-ish. Usually I just try and as much as I can on leg day. On my chest/Shoulder/Back days, I ll eat about normal carbs but make sure I raise the fat really high. Friday I go as LOW as I can in carbs and eat a ton of fat and protein.

dc has really helped me.

make sure you do the stretches

and make sure you eat your protein

dc contradicts itself though, it says you need 2-3 years lifting behind you but in the article that just come out they showed a 17 year old that had started it when he was 16 and he has really good results with it. I doubt they he had three years of lifting heaving behind him.[/quote]

Who?

Not DC. I think he’s talking about Berardi’s guy on the “How to Gain 50 pounds in a year” thread.
