Beginner Results - Losing Fat and Muscle

If those numbers are true and you lost lean body mass then you’ve screwed up, that should only happen at like 8%.
What advice from this thread did you incorporate?
Whats is your training like, are you still doing stronglifts?
What are your lifting numbers/main lifts going up?

I’ve taken two vacations this summer so I’ve reset due to missing a few weeks but currently my lifts are:

Squat: 215
Dead lift: 245
Overhead Press: 110…close to stalling
Bench: 175
Row: 175…close to stalling

Numbers may not be impressive, but they are my PRs and I’m proud to have made this progress having never really lifted before. Every time I lift I set a new PR which is exciting.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with bone cancer and had major thoracic surgery. On my right side I had 4 ribs removed, large chunk of lat, oblique/abs, small chunk of diaphragm and a whole bunch of other stuff. As such, getting to really heavy weights is going to take me a lot of time, as just breathing/bracing takes a lot of effort.
