Do I get points for a healthy turkey dinner? A migraine set back resulted in a PB&J sandwich and 1 taquito but dinner was pretty good. 1 tbsp mashed potatoes, 2 tbs sweet potatoes, cran sauce, turkey, and mushroom gravy and ceasar salad. Now comes the tough part - dessert.

Bonus points - Aunt LInda & Gerna doused me with compliments on my skinny body and long blonde hair.

Just to prove that I am not undereating:

yesterday, counted my calories and ate 2,700

Today went like this:

Breakfast, 2 slices whole wheat toast, bowl of cheerios

Lunch
Turkey, lettuce and tomato on sub roll (8")

dinner
5oz haddock
3/4 cup almond rice pilaf
half cup of steamed broccoli

desert:
small slice of apple pie and chocolate chip cookie

mid-night munchies:
around 12 of these bite size homemade cookies
about a cup and half of vanilla icecream
bites of different types of cookies that i ended up not liking
4 kashi bars (360 calories, whole grains, 8g of fiber, 4 insoluable, 4 solubable)

Around 3,000 or so + calories today

Just trying to flood my body with calories in order to somewhat normalize myself

tomorrow’s plan:
Just fucking eat.

Is your cafeteria buffet style? I would hoard all kinds of stuff from my cafeteria and take it back to my room (chicken breasts, burgers, etc.) Get creative with it man. If you want it enough, you ALWAYS find a way to get something to eat.

dinner: porkchop, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, some chopped potatoes
3/4 cup of light icecream (all we had)

2 eggs
1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
glass of skim milk
“skinny cow” icecream sandwhich, little more than cup of coffee icecream and some homebaked bakery goods (some brownies and bite size cookies)

Well that’s all well and good…if it’s true…but it’s not gonna do shit for you. I barely do any CV at all during the day, sometimes none at all. My Caloric needs are just as high as yours are and you swim for 90 minutes a day and run in the morning: or are planning too.

I honestly don’t see how you can swim, be 6’1", weigh 125, and be any good at it. I’m 5’8" 130 and I’m a skinny piece of shit which I’m working on very shortly when I get my oly weight set and other stuff. When I do my calorie intake is gonna go up even more and I honestly am not looking for huge gains really fast. But seriously, I’m new to all this and I have the same question: who the fuck are you kidding? I don’t understand how you can actually READ the information on this site, LOOK at the suggestions all these people are so kindly feeding you over and over, and not see any progress towards your goals. Hell, I can’t even figure out what your goals are. You want to swim, no you want to run, no you want to be big and srong. Runners aren’t usually what people would regard as “beefcakes”. Or anywhere near for that matter. And seriously, “25 pushups with another set of 15”? A swimmer, especially a skinny ass one like yourself, should be able to pump out 40-50 easy in one go, rest a few minutes, and do some more. I have friends that swim, and the shit you describe as your plan to “build muscle” without weights is a warmup for swim practice. Come back when you know what you want and if it’s truly a stronger more sculpted body, don’t come back crying about guilt attacks from eating more than 2500 calories a day and how you don’t want to lift weights. Harsh? I don’t care.
