Beginner Needs Help

I just started working out with a trainer. Unfortunately, the only time I can work out is in the morning. I have tried some energy drinks like Speed Shot, but its real hit or miss. On the energetic days, my workout is great, on down days I barely make it through. Xtreme Shock seems to drive my body temp a little too high and I get dizzy. I try to eat a good breakfast an hour and a half before arrival as well.

Any advice on sups or best foods to help me really wake up and feel alert before training? I crash 20 mins after coffee, so that doesnt work either.

how much sleep do you get per night?

I typically sleep 7 1/2 to 8 hours…unless its b-ball playoffs! :wink:
