starting my first ever cycle in febuary my stats are
lifting since 17 years old, now 20 years old
5ft10
203 pounds
bf 18%
i want a cycle that will give me as much mass as possible - period!
then i will do a cutting phase, eca stack and lots and lots of cardio ready for summer.
my first cycle i was thinking test and dbol, pct - nolvadex and clomid therapy
(this is a cycle i have come up with after much reading)
any tips or changes advised would be appreciated gear and money is not a problem - i want to do this right and get as much mass from my first cycle as possible
weeks 1-4 50mg dbol
weeks 1-8 500mg test-e
weeks 9-11 pct - 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
i was also thinking about extending the cycle to make it last longer, maybe 10 or 12 weeks on test - if this is ok?
diet will be strict and good througout
another cycle that a saw whilst reading about on the net is this
WEEKS �1-�6: Methanabol 30mg Every Day
WEEKS �1-�8: Deca Durabolin �400mg Per Week
WEEKS �1-�8: Sustanon �750mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex �0.25mg Every Day
WEEKS 1-10: HCG 300-500iu Every 4-5 Days
�WEEK���11 : 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
�WEEK���12 : 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
�WEEK���13: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
would this be good for a first timer? or should i avoid? which would be better for me
stick with the test and dbol. Drop the dbol dose to 30-40mg/ed. For your first cycle you don’t need 50mg/day. Your PCT should be started 2 weeks after your last injection. You only need nolv or clomid for PCT. I prefer nolv but clomid will work fine, just use one.

If I may add to this. Frankly, the common advice is first cycle, stick to test, 400-500mg/wk, 10 to 12 weeks. Period. See how you react to it. Have arimidex to combat bloat and gyno. Taper at the end of 12 weeks as outlined everywhere in this forum, or do traditional PCT. Use nolva as 2thepain said. KISS principle, and you’ll be very satisfied with the results.
You’ve only been lifting for 3 years, and I’d be willing to bet those 3 years have been sporadic and inconsistent. Lift another year or two for added experience.
I’m looking to start my first cycle in a month (more reading still) and the Test only cycle keeps cropping up. I like the idea of “seeing how it goes” but at the same time, I’d like to see results beyond those that I’ve had already clean (and I guess on a dodgy run of PH). Is it really that good?
I’m practically sold anyway, as gyno scares the crap out of me and I’d like a nice easy first time with less “risk” for want of a better word. BUT I WANT SOME BIG GAINS… Is this just a case of learning to walk before I go all Chrstie on my self?!
Has anyone got any stats or can point me to someones stats/thread for more info on the type of progress you can get on a Test only cycle?

The reason that most people prescribe a Test only cycle for a first cycle is because it generally does give the “BIG GAINS.” However, if you want a little something extra I highly doubt that using an oral to jumpstart a cycle would be much of a problem. Like this guy has, a 4 weeker of D-Bol is usually alright for a first timer.

I’m with Contrl. You probably still have a shitload of endogenous test in you at 20.
On top of that, and I don’t believe that this has been said yet, you are starting your cycle way too late in order to be cut for summer. The post cycle period you DO NOT want to diet or you will lose most of what you gained on cycle. This is a time for taking it easy and maintaining.
You probably already have your mind made up about taking AAS, so I’ll also say this, I made outstanding gains on less test (about 600mgs a week) and 30-40 mgs of dbol (for 4 weeks). I had gained nearly 30 lbs of mass (not fat) in about 8 weeks. I would keep my cycle simple at first as you are bound to make enough mistakes as it is (I did).

if i was you i would have an AI on hand such as arimdex to cover gyno. Personally, i run adex 0.25m e3d while using test, it keeps bloat down and i have never had gyno flair up - just a thought

Arimidex is a must. Don’t even start the cycle without it. That’s one mistake Cortes is refering to. It’s not expensive via a research chem lab. One 50-60ml bottle will last an entire cycle, given an average dose of .25mg/day once you start taking it.

I’m a virgin and I’m getting ready to start my first cycle of Test Cypionate, Dbol, Nolva and Arimidex. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for someone who is just NOW starting?

ummm ya stay a virgin. Not trying to be a dick but this combo doesnt sound too promising unless your goal is to be disappointed and all sorts of screwed up. AAS isnt a game or a “spur of the moment” thing. Just what is it that makes you think that your ready or need to start anyway?
It is my STRONG advice to avoid the cycle for now. I know you’ve probably already made your mind up about starting it, but I would really really advise against it. You’re 20 years old now. You’ve got all the test in the world, and are posting at an ok weight (but only marginal bf%). Just keep lifting strong and eating huge. Please.
The cycle itself looks ok, and you did some homework, and are getting good answers on the cycle stuff, but you just don’t need it. Really. You could get up to 225 no problem if you stuck to heavy lifting and lots of food. Granted it’ll take a lot longer, but really, why waste the greatest natural potential time in your life?
