I just started boxing. Muay Thai really. I am not being formally trained, it’s more of a grass roots thing for me. How much bag work should I put in each week? This is combined with weight lifting and cardio of course.
that’s like asking, ‘how much cumin should I put in my chili recipe?’
kicking the bag does not mean you’re training muay thai, it just means you’re kicking the bag
just keep kicking the bag

It is much harder to unlearn poor technique than to learn proper technique.
