Arnold press - 2x25 lbs - 10 Rounds: 5 + 22 (6 full rounds in +0:43)
Thought I was pretty clever when I came up with that one earlier today, but then found out I already did it back on 09 February and with very nearly the exact same time… I guess that’s a good thing?
He’s still liking posts regularly so my “theory” is it’s a bit of a logging ‘detox’ time for @SvenG but the great man is still lifting and moving heavy things often. We’re here ready for you upon your return soon mate!

Fasted. I was supposed to do the ab wheel today, but I totally crashed on the first rep, realized I’d probably hurt myself if I really tried to force it, so I swapped in crunches instead. I’ll pick up the ab wheel next time—hopefully my abs won’t be sore to the touch by then!
