I feel like im becoming broken, I mean in the sense like a cowboy would break a horse.I have become more and more accepting of being bored and inactive.I dont mean in general but like at work or when Im relaxed.
Acouple years ago I became manager at my work and since then things have slowed down to the point of me not having anything to do at all, besides the tedious shit in the morning and afternoon. At first I would go and sit at my desk and surf ESP for a couple mins then be like like fuck this im bored and go back out to the shop.
Now I will just sit and fucking stare at the screen spacing out till I realize I havnt scrolled up or down for minutes.Im becoming broken, Im more and more accepting of having nothing to do.I want to work, Im like a shark I need to keep moving and I like busting my ass and getting shit but there isnt anything for me to do.If I jumped in and worked it would take work away from the workers and leave them with nothing to do.
I imagine this is how inmates must feel at first, they get to there cells and are probably very restless and uncomfertable. Then over time they acclimate and become adjusted or Broken.
What does that say about us, I dont think being broken can be a good thing at all.I have allways had the mind set that I am a wild fucking animal needing to hunt, kill and fuck. But I am becoming that bucking bronco that has forgotten how to buck.
i recommend you take the spare time to improve yourself. learn about meditation and spirituality. www.meditationexpert.com is a great site for this, in fact it’s probably one of the best sites out there for this. develop yourself as a person and as a businessman in your spare time.
you’ve been gifted with free time that you get paid for so that you may develop yourself. many people would love to be in your shoes.

You must have missed something, I dont have free time to do what i want I have nothing to do when i want to do something.
Looks like you are a boss. Have you tried one of these activities?
I?´ve had jobs where I also had much time.
Use it for something, read a book on an issue you?´re interested in (I?´ve recently read one on evasive driving).
Call a friend to see how he´s doing.
Maybe you can sign in a university and study at work.
I know what you’re talking about. I’ve been feeling the same way for the last year. I can be working and completely space out due do boredom, come to and all my work is done. For a while I used to challenge myself and see how quickly I can get my work done, but after a while that becomes boring too. The bottom line is that you don’t enjoy what you are doing. If you had a job you truly enjoyed doing being bored wouldn’t be an issue. I know it’s not as easy as it sounds, especially in todays job market. Pretty soon if you’re not careful you’re going to start being bored in your non-work life too. You’ll have moments of happiness but it’s time to shake things up and make some changes.
Or spend your copious amounts of free time searching around for a better job.
Or bring in something that you can work on during the slow hours so you can still be improving some aspect of your life even while there’s nothing to do at work.
Or continue to whine about being a predatory animal in a cage or whatever the hell it is you were talking about.
Shit, some people would kill to have any job at all, times like these.

What does this even mean?
You wrote that, outside of some tedious morning/afternoon work, you have nothing to do at all. Because of this, you surf the Internet and head back out to the shop once that bores you.
You have time to space out while staring at a screen, but say you have no free time?
You have nothing to do when you want to do something? Bring in something to do.
How can things have “slowed down” to this extent without you having free time on your hands?
Instead of moping around and zoning out, how’s about you bust ass to get that tedious work done quickly (instead of sitting around thinking about how tough you have it), THEN work on something you would find more productive?
You sound like a little bitch with little creativity to me.
anonym come over to my house so I can teach you some reading comprehension, First off I said nothing about surfing the internet I said ESP.ESP is my works internal work website with nothing exciting.
Second I said if I helped out with the work it would get done much faster leaving the workers with nothing to do meaning less hours, pay and work to do for the workers.I am a manager meaning I manage the crew and make sure they have the tools and material needed to finish there tasks.
I can’t sit around reading a book or searching the internet for a better job, I do that at home and have acouple in the works.
I never once said I wasnt gratefull to have a job because trust me I am.
You think im a bitch thats fine, you dont know me so im not about to get upset about words said over the internet. But all you have in youre profile is picture of randy marsh which makes me think youre probably the bitch.
