What would you recommend as a reasonable substitute for the bodyweight leg extension?Old injuries dont allow me enough flexibility to benefit from it.

I like the sissy squat, but that pike extension looks nice too!
Sissy squat would have been my normal recommendation but they might cause him the same problem as the deadman raise
I somehow missed the knee injury part while reading too fast. Yeah, sissy squats would be rough.
These are nice! What about for hamstrings?
@aldebaran, hamstrings get hit with this movement also.
