I am actually rocking the foo man chu except the bottom flare out like muttonchops (do not come together in the middle of the chin). For some reason the hair in the middle grows sideways and looks stupid. First time I have tried to pull off facial hair for any length of time. My wife likes it, my male friends say it makes me look mean.
Never could have pulled it off in my 20s. I can grow a full beard now, not patchy spots. Give it time, Grasshopper.

I have been rocking my beard since the 1st of December. My fiance is not a fan, but it keeps me warm up here in ny and vt.
I have grown mine out recently…I am lucky in that I can grow a full beard in about a week…
have gotten lots of compliments from coworkers…but the wifey is sort of indifferent about it.
she wants the goatee back, I am so over the goatee…the full beard is here to stay for a while.
