Videos will say it all. lol. Good way to spend the day off from work (first day off in 5 months…). Bought 10 lbs of Corned Beef afterwards. Cook that shit up tomorrow. I’m 25% Irish, so I love me some Corned Beef and Cabbage.

Steve did well. Ended up with 175x5 on box squats. He’s getting better with form. I envy how he can get his elbows underneath the bar so well…

I’ve always been gassy. Some old bitch teacher tried to give me detention when I was 9 for ripping one outside. Never showed up, and gassed her classroom the next day. I was a great kid! I think my problem is I inhale food. Usually a meal takes me 10 minutes or less to eat. I’ve got the double bite and breathe while swallowing techniques down well.

Hmm, I eat crazy fast too. I bascially shovel all my food in my mouth like a ravenous pig.
I just assumed I was a farter cause of my cabbage lovin’, but maybe I should try to slow down my eating.

So, half way through, felt a pop in my tricep. Moved my arm and felt sore. Got through 3/4 and popped again. This time ran up my arm to the shoulder. After about 20 minutes of band push downs and other light movements, could move freely. Took the foam roller after it, and a knot the size of my fist has formed… Released after about 5 minutes. Did some regular push ups now, and feels good. IDK.

Steve had a great day. Worked up to 130x7 on Military Press. Then some BBB, curls, and abs.

@Spock - DO NOT SLOW DOWN! Food is energy! lol. Coming from my fat ass… Glad you are learning something. Everyone else thinks I’m fucking crazy.

@Lula - I’ve actually been crazing an Irish Car Bomb… Which is weird, since I haven’t had one in over 2 years now. Use to drink them like water. Man I was an alcoholic.

Yes, yes i think you’re crazy. You have to be at least a little crazy to be a powerlifter. I mean most normal people would totally balk at choosing to inflict pain on themselves. Bring on the PAIN!

How I am. Rather be in a joking mood. I never learned how to ride a horse. Only thing I know how to ride has 4 wheels. Too broke for a home gym… My own personal gym is something on the 5 year goal list.

Maybe you could get a donkey or something? It would be a shame to live out in the country and not have a neat animal of some kind.

Had a massive migraine Monday. First in 3 years. Took a nap, for 5 hours… I was tired, and still am. So, stuck squat and bench together. Life is hectic with the move. Just signed the papers tonight. Next week hopefully by this time all my shit will be moved in.

Did a couple sets Sumo. Those are tough… Lockout felt fine on them though. Still going to pull conventional though. Feels more aggressive. Sumo is more technique-y. Sat in the Jacuzzi too. Helped a ton. Next week heavy again!!!

Piriformis is locked up tight… Happened on last set of pause squats. Somewhat released, but going to take a bit tonight with the baseball. Happy that my shoulder mobility is alot better, and my knees aren’t shooting in anymore. Amazing what a short period of time of actually working on issues does. Tip for anyone out there. Patience is key. If you are going to rush things, then you’re going to end up hurt/injured, and end whatever it is too quick.

Left hip is all jacked up. Leg drive wasn’t quite there, but not complaining how well the weight moved. First time ever with a belt for bench. Needed to get it one more notch tighter I think. Will play with that next week. Elbows feel good for not wearing sleeves on the main movement. Put the sleeves on for the accessory work though. Not going to chance it.

Just call me Yoda Lula. I reference myself in the 3rd person from time to time. Just not green, short, and do somersaults and shit with a lightsaber.
