Here is the last set of the deadlifts. Easily the best set. That pull out and in with the bar is fucking with my form. Not getting under it like I need to. Just a little one seems to work. Feels like I need to sit back more, but watching the video, the bar travels a pretty short path. Hmm… lol

Yeah that is my thought, that and my parents are more than likely going to come down. So since i’ve been saying i’m going to do it, well i’m just going to do what i’ve been planning. I’ll more than likely start with a lower opener for deads and see how they go.

From what i can see it does appear that the bssg will happen. Looks like it is scheduled on the site. They just don’t open registrations till around may 1st. It just doesn’t look like the apf or whatever the acronym was is on there as of now. I still haven’t found the bulldog meet listed anywhere either.

Never have had issues with my lockout. If I can get it past my knees, I’ll finish it. Probably a good plan on the deads.

Looks like it is non-sanctioned, but following the AAPF-APF rules still… lol. Let me use wraps on squats dammit! I talked to Phil. He is having it on May 12th, just getting all the paperwork going. Told him to post it on the WPC site, but not sure if he is going to do a sanctioned meet either. Guess there is alot of BS to go through for paperwork. We’ll see. I could give a shit less. I just want a platform, a bar, and weights.
