Thanks guys. Staying healthy as best as possible. Back is impinged after moving all my shit yesterday. Moving a dresser solo is awesome!.. I have no internet where I live now. I’m out in the boonies like I said. lol. Updates will be coming, just going to be floods though.

So damn sore from the move the day before. Lots of warm up sets. After I got loose, I was in the zone I needed. Nothing felt “heavy”. Very awesome workout. Glad the move is over. Need to go to the Chiro though. Yay for lower back impingements…

Once I got over 300, my left shoulder acted up. Just fucked everything up… Form was off, lost all my rage, etc. Back kept cramping up too. Off to see the chiro finally on Thursday. Get realigned, and everything will be back to normal.

Fucking smoke show. Got my back popped back into place, so leverages were working like a champ. It dawned on me last night how far I’ve come in the last 8 months. An easy double with 495, when it’s my PR for a meet? Whodathunk. Nerves are starting to build up for the meet.

@Lula - It was a hell of a whole back cramp too. I’ve read if it’s uncomfortable, then you are setting up right.

Went home instead of the gym to do this. Puppy was outside in the snow. Was so happy, he decided to cover me in mud… Also helped with the push ups. Gave me an extra 40-50 lbs by laying on my back… lol. I can still pick him up and cradle him though.
