Deck of Pain is a real good name… Take a deck of cards, flip it over, and do that many push ups. The whole fucking deck. Even from the knees, these started hurting about 1/4 way in. Josh wanted it done in 25 minutes. Took 26. Not bad I guess…
Steve worked up to 180x12 on bench. Did some BBB, curls, and abs. Moving right along.
@Hastalles - Meat isn’t cheap here either. Just spent $200 on it last night. Will last about a week… Wrestling cattle is bad ass until they step on your nut sack.

@Lula - Thanks! I’ve had the forearms done for about a year. Both still have a lot to go into them. Right will continue with the celtic theme all the way up the arm to the shoulder. Left one will be a random collage of tribal, metal bands, etc.

Next time for you Spock I’ll leave it in. Could be tomorrow. Ate 2 lbs of deli meat and 1/2 lb of cheese. Good sammiches. Bowling alley ran out of burger, so had an order of chicken strips and a French dip. Still hungry… lol. A Subway Club with triple meat foot long sounds tempting. This test booster is crazy shit. I can’t eat enough now.

Really good day. 300 felt light as shit. Great explosion off the chest. Back a little tender from yesterday, and took a bit to warm up. After that though, felt good.

Might have found a place that is about a 5 mile commute to town. Out by the river. Will go check it out on Friday. The only kicker is there is no internet besides satellite, and not paying for that. That is a huge plus for me though. Give me more time to be out fishing and such with the pup.

I think i’m ready. Just finetuning things at this point. As of right now i’m looking at possibly hitting a big pr in the bench but i might be slacking in the deadlift.
I honestly can’t wait to take that break the week before the meet and take some time doing some other things the month or so after. I feel i need a break to take some time to do some other things.
