no i was def sick yesterday . could have called me ralph…but going today after work. and will goto fitday.com . but yeah was sad times yesterday. i left work earlier at 11 am and sleep tilll 7 pm then back to bed at 10pm…(thanks Nyquill)…

dips (5x10)
1x10
1x7
1x2 all with bodyweight and spent couldnt do no more at all

chins (5x10)
5x2reps (at least i did 5 sets of two)

Ok so here is the question . do i just try and do more each time or what? yeah i know i suck at these thats why i was doing assisted . cause at least i did more at those …

so yeah i tried

any suggestions . no i cant afford the bands yet but working on it

You have to get in all the required reps that the program outlines, otherwise it won’t work. After u have done as many chins for that particular set finish the rest of the reps without rest on a pull-down machine. Then for the dips finish the required reps and sets with decline bench using dumbells, palms facing, grip.

out of the corner of my eye at the gym a lady was like keep going . i guess she seen my 5’7 frame jumping trying to get the chin bar. Myself i kinda laughed cause i was like what am i giong to do next try to dunk and i am sure i looked like the little kid trying to get to the top shelf where the cookies were. i amuzed myself…then i thought of the movie Rudy…and i felt myself cheering myself on .lol

deadlifts

10x4=120 pounds …
found max but all good lifted it hard. so now i know what real 80 percent is …115pounds

seated calf raises

10x4=70 pounds …
max there as well

Decline sit up (10x4)
9x4= 10 pounds on chest
1x8= 10 pounds on chest

Great work out …did real well for am shift…found some real maxes so now i know what 80 percent is .
at least for once i feel as if i am diong the right thing and doing the weights i need to

Numbers are going up, that’s good! If you think you didn’t get your numbers right or whatever, just recognize it and move on; don’t waste too much time fretting about it. Consistency is the name of the game moreso than anything else.

hey sorry louisville was in major outage. just back up and running today. not sure if going to be up all day or just a glitch. but yeah gym was even out of power. remenants of ike. so back up and running …fun times gym tomorrow

No, not at all! I’ve been to Louisville before. Very nice people although I don’t understand the fascination with grits. It’s beautiful there.

wow tough work out feeling the burn …or i may just be gettin older. well just another day in paradise. but this year i am glad i broke the 100 marks at age 33 …age 34 goal …maybe 200 marks ? hmmmm interesting …wonder if in a year possible. anyhow good times. got a few more sessions till i end this part of the abbh…then i have to do the reverse . at the end first 3 weeks will take pics and post and then will do the last 3 weeks and post with measurements. not sure if things will change a whole lot but we shall see.

yeah court lol. i got a dui 2nd …last one was 4.5 years ago so charging me. fun times. but yeah gotta goto see what sentencing . they say no jail time but heck thats why lawyers are paid to do . also fact that in indiana where i got it 2nd one is a felony . greeeat oh well life lesson learned.

day 19 abbh 1

bb front squats
5x10=110 pounds
hanging pikes
5x10=all TEN yeah
standing calf raise
5x10=115 pounds

ok great work out however about the squats i really wanted to throw up and all thru the work out. i am proud i did the hanging pikes and i did it . (remember using the pullup machine thingy.) even still did it all thru . so Personal record there, 2 weeks ago couldnt even do it all way thru so guess abs gettin stronger.

I am Going to do tomorrow work out of chins and dips early due to fact court wed and i wanna finish this before sentencing. but like i said no jail time so lawyer says so i should be just preparing to lose car and ride the bus …smiles Life lesson learned …

so next court date is jan 6th and thats where i make the following plea…

5 days in jail…1 day already served due to holding tank

Have to have pobation for a year . also probabtion officer will see if i need classes…(totally subjective on person interviewing me which sucks). so not sure.

fines about 800 t0 1000 dollars plus lawyer fee of 800.

No felony.

License suspended in Indiana for 6 months. however since not the state i live – ky —can either do 6 months or up to year and half --(again subjective to who files it. ). hardship license after a year possible…

so good news is i have car till the new year. and better news is no felony. so gym time tomorrow
