I really like Wendler’s yoke programs especially one he posted back in July of 2013 called "Building a Bigger Yoke"Building a Bigger Yoke
Unfortunately I work in an office environment sitting at a desk all day and I’ve found that because this there is a tendency for my entire posterior chain as well as my neck, traps, lower back, shoulders, etc. to atrophy if I don’t target these areas.
I’ve been following the yoke program above or at least incorporating aspects of it into my routine for several months now and have managed to reverse any imbalances that I had.
I definitely recommend either this Beach Body challenge or Building a Bigger Yoke programs you any desk jockeys out there.
