I stumbled across this guy’s videos tonight… for the most part it’s T worthy stuff. The grip training looks REALLY tough.

The guy is strong, unconventional, and fat.
Sorry, but I dont think that guy is anything but a pretentious prick.
“I’m a little guy.”
Great, we see right through comments like those.
“Guys like me dont like running. I do kettlebell swings for cardio.”
Great, it’s obviously working for you, fatass.
The guy does have some interesting strenght training going on.
I wouldn’t mind having him on a tree crew or concrete/masonry crew if he could hold up for more than a few reps.
Heart rate? JACKED TO THE MAX!

Yeah, and a group of guys like that is bound to have some duct tape around to keep his mouth taped up.
Sure, duct tape, tie wire, arborist rope…
If you’re creative, you can come up with some realy neat shit.
Ask anybody who has ever worked with concrete about the re-enforcement grid bear trap.
Hahahaha
hehe… I was hoping for some varied interesting responses…
What’s the scoop with the bear trap? I’ve never heard of it.

“Life’s not going to come up at you and say ‘hey, this guy weighs 200, that guy weighs 180’, it’s gonna come at you with a fist right in the face, without warning.”

It’s not nearly as deadly as it sounds, but they are kind of funny, and will fuck someone up.
The trap is just a peice of reinforcement grid- welded steel wire, forming six inch squares, six feet wide, and comes in 100 ft. rolls. The trap occurs when a peice is uncoiled and cut from the roll. If it isn’t back rolled to take the spring out of it, it will return to the shape of the roll.
Left face down, it will look like a regular peice of grid, but when someone tries to pick it up, wham! it coils up on them. The bad part is the sharp six inch tines sticking out of the end. Those bastards will get you.
