The only thing about the protein factory BCAAs is that the ratio of Leucine:Isoleucine:Valine is 6:3:1, not the ideal 2:1:1. I’ve asked them to customize the ratio for me before, but I don’t know if they actually did or not (never received confirmation one way or the other). Thus, I recently decided to switch to Optimum Nutrition’s BCAA powder. Works out to about $34/lb. at DPSnutrition, and the ratio of aminos is what it should be. I know Optimum is a bit of a shady outfit, but for some reason I doubt they’re cutting their aminos. At least I hope they’re not, as I just ordered a whole bunch.
