Hi!
Are BCAA’s needed in form of supplements or are good foods sufficient?
Have you read Thib’s daily routine? he takes 20 freaking pills a workout! i think even if you are eating a lot of meat and protein you almost cant get enough BCAA’s, after all they are what muscle is made out of, essentially
Good foods are sufficient. BCAAs are great too, but one of the more expensive supplements though depending on how much you take. I’m trying to lose some fat, and even with restricted calories I’ve put on a little bit of muscle. I wouldn’t contribute it solely to BCAAs, but they are helping. If you have the money to spare, I’d recommend them.
They are not neccessary, you can get everything you need from food. But, I find them convenient and take a powdered form which is quite cheap. 1kg for like 50bucks if I remember correctly.
